Building a new good study habit to
becoming effective students is process to improve student’s physical and
emotional where protect students from serious health problem and managing low
mood. First of all, students should change habit to be proactive which provide
students a new perfect opportunity to do the things variously to build more
positive results go through difficult situations and troubles at university.   Do not you think while some students can  pass  university with minimal efforts, but it is
exception. The mostly of successful students achieve their goals by applying and
developing  effective study habits
benefit to  students know how to study at
university happily. According to Covey (1988), as he was an American  author  which one of the most popular book
named The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People written by him, businessman and
keynote speaker state about seven kinds of habit being proactive if the people
change their habits to follow his suggest habit to become professional state
the first habit : be proactive is about having responsibility to your life by
you cannot  keep complaining on your
parents in everything. Proactive people would recognize that how they are
response-able which do not blame environment, genetics or conditions for their behavior
they know they choose it by themselves. On the other hand, reactive people (student)
are usually affected by their physical environment (Convey, 1988).Between the
motivation and response is your strongest power that you have freedom to choose
response, one the most important thing is you choose what you say
(Convey,1988). Your language is well indicator to tell you how you see
yourself, a proactive person will use proactive language such I will, I can, or
 I like  but a reactive person uses reactive language
like I cannot or  I do not know and they
think they are not responsible for what they do and say (Convey,1988). People
choose the actions, attitudes and moods which mean they cannot blame others
from wrongdoing (Convey,1988). You might confuse that be
proactive (one of seven habits highly effective people) help students improve the
physical and emotional. For example, proactive students focus their time and
energy on the things they can control which the problems and challenges at
university. All of students encounter experiences in life when they may be
overwhelmed by negative emotion, be it confusion, nervousness, despair, pressure,
or anger. All these situations that is  the way students choose become master the moment
, know the difference between be reactive and productive . Be proactive habit
make students know how to let go of negative thoughts and emotions. All of
these point common is that students introduce a positive interruption to a
negative mental and emotional state. Include these mindful interjections even
long or short it give a psychological opening from where students can
recalibrate and choose more empowering action.However, stop being lazy will help students not face
the fail at university  which student
might  distraught and discouraged that
affect to their mental health. Failing a test is not the end of this world because
students receive experiences from mistakes or failures and learn to grow. According

from university due to increscent failure (Si news, 2017). Lazy student regularly
do not attend the classes in most case they sleep and hanging out with the
friends and partying too much (Si news, 2017). For example, you might do not
know what  is problem when students fail?
Have you ever heard that students kill themselves after know they fail a test l
or get lower results than expectation? The laziness can be one of the reason to
make a lot of students fail even they want to get good grade but do not want to
work hard. After they know the results it totally affected to students mental
that have no more motivation to continue the  class anymore, make them become more and more
lazy  and some of  students kill themselves. Did you know that?
In short, be proactive and stop being lazy are foundation function to create a
good study habits which let students low risk to fail the university class that
affected to their physical and emotional.
